We purchased this faulty towers weekend on group on and really looked forward to it. I received an e-mail from them when we were an hour away saying they didn't have our group on code ( which they took when we booked) and so we only had one nights stay. Followed by another saying it was all sorted no problem... More

Stayed through the deal wowcher for the Fawlty Towers Experience & what a Experience it was. Encountered problems from the start saying our car was too big to park out the back even though my mother was disabled so had to go along the road quite a way to find a residents parking space (the hotel did supply a permit... Have just returned from a weekend at the Richmond Hotel, with some friends. Never Again. Fawlty towers experience was noisy, while we were trying to eat our evening meal, which, i hasten to add, was very poor. All through meal, shrieking, and havoc, from the supposed Basil and Cybil. Manuel (young lad) was good. Rooms small, and a bit shoddy,... More

We booked through groupon so value for money was excellent. Manageress was very nice and staff very homely. Close to town centre and we intend to come bk again. Perfect for a short stay. Rooms were nice size and comfortable.

Good location, but everything else was awful, Dirty and small rooms, cold breakfast and very small, very limited wine selection ie: very cheap wine at expensive prices, limited alcohol choice in the bar which wasn't as of value. Not worth the prices they charge wouldn't pay ten pound a night let alone eighty. Overall total rubbish. NEVER STAY AGAIN. Staff... More

Very poor! A family of 4 being put in a room where children can reach & climb out of the windows??? Did mention it but it obviously fell on deaf ears. Nowhere to park so had to park over half a mile away, they didn't mention that when we booked......lost our luggage on arrival....rooms & breakfast very dated & found... More

Rooms are filthy and hotel despite being advertised as "family friendly" was full of loud raucous drunk people. Lorraine was difficult to deal with when a complaint was made. Despite deciding not to stay and foregoing ou r prepaid "special" deal, it was an easy decision than staying even 1 night in a hotel that literally put hostels to shame... More

We bought a 2 night special deal for 2 people through groupon including breakfast both mornings and an evening meal on one day for £99.00 this was a fantastic deal. The room had a sea view overlooking the bay with a large sash window opening onto a balcony. On street parking was free and easy when we stayed but could... More

Firstly, this is not the Savoy, Ritz of Four Seasons, it is not the Hliton, Marriott or even a Premier Inn, this is a well positioned family run sea-side B&B which on the outside looks like all the other Weymouth B&Bs along the seafront. However, they are offering something different, something unique in order to stay alive in a difficult... More
