We are a tour operator who uses the Fairhaven on a frequent basis and I can honestly say that having accommodated many groups here we rarely get any adverse feedback due to the professional way this hotel is run. more

I have been a regular visitor to The Fairhaven for more than 16 years, originally as a family with a young son and more recently just with my husband. We have had the most wonderful time on every occasion. All the staff are friendly and helpful, even remembering all of our names as soon as we arrive. The bedrooms are... more

I went to the Fairhaven for a 2 day break with my daughter of 15 years and my sister and nephew of 13 years. The accomodation is not great and it was full of elderly people. When my daughter went to her room i followed to check on her and found her being harassed by an elderly gentleman grabbing her and... more

I would like to explain the circumstances that led to the review "Do Not Go Here!!!". The ladies booked in with two children who were minors and as it was our busiest time of the year (Carnival Week) and we did not have adjoining rooms to offer we requested that the ladies use the twin rooms with an adult and...

I've been going to this hotel for years, first with young children and now with husband. I love it there and can't wait to go back. The food is fab especially the home made pies and sponges. Rooms are comfy and the location is superb. more

Staff not friendly.. Room - smokers are allowed to smoke in certain rooms. We do have a smoking ban. Not professional. Room carpet was dirty. Could not put heater on due to cutains resting on heater. Very small room. Weymouth is lovely, best to choose another hotel. Anne-Marie Darby more

I have just returned from a 5 day break from Weymouth and enjoyed our visit very much. I have never been to Weymouth before and will return to explore more. We stayed at Fairhaven Hotel and were very lucky to have a sea view room. My only complaint about the room the wardrobe and dressing table looked very very tired... more

The staff of the hotel seemed to be very polite even if there were some communication issues with the waiting staff. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and were happy to help with any issue you had. The cleaning staff, despite not seeing them in action always left the room looking brand new. The room was a... more

I went with my school as a group and for the amount we paid was very good value. It wasn't as awful as the previous reviews make it sound. There were people outside our room (we had a sea view) that made noise but we poured water out the window and they moved away. There was also another group there... more
