Only 15 minutes walk to the town centre. Very clean and Diane the proprieter was very helpful and friendly. Only downside was breakfast was between 8am-9am which was a bit to early for us!!! More

Second time here. Enjoyed first stay and could not fault this one either. Lovely views across to Portland. Room very clean with modern en suite. Very good breakfast and nothing too much trouble. 20 mins walk into harbour. Bus stop 50 yards away. Off road parking at front. Would recommend and will use again when in Weymouth. More

Seaview rooms are lovely, This guest house is not licensed but thats not a problem as In the hall way there is a fridge, ice & glasses provided to enable you to take your own drinks. Good location with parking, approx 20 mins walk to Weymouth harbour. Free internet. We would recommend! More

Stayed for two nights whilst walking the SW coast path. Very friendly and relaxed. Noisy road but fantastic views across to Portland and bus stop, shop and eating places very nearby. Helpful information pack in room and very helpful owner. Would stay gain if in the area. More

The owner and staff were incredably helpfull, friendly and went out their way to make our stay very enjoyable. The b&b itself is very comfortable and beautiful. Its only a short walk from the town centre/ beaches and venue for the Games in 2012 so I will definitely be coming back. And the breakfast is fantastic!!! More
