Brilliant location - just steps away from the sea front and near everything in town. Hosts gave a very friendly greeting at the door, helped us with our bags to our room, gave excellent dinner recommendations, and helpful with directions. Rooms were very pleasant, clean, great shower, comfortable beds. Hosts also very obliging with a late check out... could not recommend the place higher! more

Only occupants at end of season. One of 17 B&Bs used en route from John O'Groats to Lands End. Rated very good rather that excellent only because several others were quite outstanding. Convenient for beach, station and restaurants. No reservations and recommended. more

This is a charming guest house in a brilliant location for the beach,bars, restaurants and ferry. Stayed here 2 nights with my Friend, great B&B, nice people lovely breakfast, stayed in the lulworth was so comfy didn't want to get up.... We stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely time. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the welcome warm and friendly. The breakfast each morning was superb, worth staying for alone. If you get the chance try one of the specials - yummy smoked salmon and scrambled eggs! Great location for the beach (about a minute) and the train... more

we found this b&b by looking on the internet, made a phone call and booked. we arrived earlier than planed, and had no problems booking in earlier and was even offered breakfast ( we had found cafe on seafront before going to book in) so declined offer. room was very clean and comfortable.
