My girlfriend and I spent a couple of nights here and it was awesome. Location is perfect as it's walking distance to local shops, restaurants and the cruises. The hotel is well situated in Bowness a short walk from the lake. We had a large room at the front of the hotel with a sleigh bed and large corner bath. The Angel is immaculate, the room was spotless and had a great hospitality tray. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, however would prefer tinned tomatoes rather than grilled, to add some much-needed juice to the plate. Would deffinately stay here again. more
