“Potential but in need of updating!!”

Hotel staff need training, lovely but not very efficient. Food lovely, both breakfast and evening meal good quality. Lots of choice. Evening meal excellent value for money!! Room not ensuite which I knew about before hand but bath plug didn't fit and I had to constantly refill it while my son had a bath. The heated towel rail was hanging... More
