16 of us went to The Park Hotel to celebrate my 60th Birthday. Well we could'nt have had better. The food was excellent and very tasty, and the puddings - Lovely. The Staff were very pleasant and nothing seemed too much trouble. Thank you for making my day special.

I have visited the restaurant in this hotel many times although never having stayed overnight - I have always found the service to be excellent & the greeting & atmosphere friendly. Most times I have the carvery which like the rest of the meals I have tried there to be first class with never any issues. Would recommend.

Whilst not staying at the hotel, I attended a function lunch with several colleagues. The carvery offered two meats and a vast selections of vegetables of good quality. Starters and desserts were served at table - fair quality. This is typical of a Brend establishment which some people love and others not so. They certainly have their own culture.
