Very much a commercial operation vs. a B&B with a family feel. Never saw, met the owners in our two nights there. Good location for touring the center city, though a "castle view" was only available outside the building. Breakfasts had a "fast food" feel and taste. Parking was a problem. more

This is a fairly smart and spacious B & B in the centre of town. Rooms are large, comfortable and well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities - and free mineral water. The cooked breakfast was good and service was friendly and efficient. more

This is a lovely B&B in Durham. A short walk into town and restaurants. My room was large with lovely furnishings and absolutely spotlessly clean. The bathroom was also large. The morning breakfast room was large and roomy with delicious choices. I would return here if I'm ever back in Durham. more
