Stayed here a couple of times. Lovely room and staff. It's a 10 minute walk into the town centre. Kirsty is very friendly and helpful. She even spent lots of time trying to find another hotel for us when we called once and 15's were full. Excellent service.

It's a nice enough place, and staff were friendly and helpful, but... where's the breakfast? In fact, besides crisps and a pint, there's nothing on offer in-house. And the wi-fi doesn't reach as far as the rooms.

Stayed for two nights. All in all we had a good stay at fifteens at Swinley. We were greeted with an entusiastic welcome. After we arrived we went ot into Wigan, and on our return, we were told there was a mix up with our room, and asked if we were okay about changing rooms. We were happy to do so, and... More

Good location with easy road parking. Well run clean hotel. Bedroom with new ensuite shower/bath and other facilities. Basically a pub - good real ales plus Sky Sports for football but a distinct lack of food. The web-site says Bed and Breakfast but this apparently incorrect - breakfast is no longer served which is a disappointment. Good value for money... More

We booked this b&b to be close to Wigan centre, which it was.Lovely lady behind the bar showed us to our room. The decor was amazing, and to our liking, but I think some people would,nt think so.Lots of ornate mirrors, and art work. The room was spotlessly clean,as was the bathroom. We were given a key to let ourselves in and out at the rear of... I stayed here for one night to watch West Ham play Wigan at the DW stadium. The location is great, 10min walk from the train station and only a short 20min walk to the stadium. The staff and people in the pub/hotel are great. They all make you feel very welcome although I sometimes found it hard to understand the... More

I would like to say what a change to get such glamorous surrounding in a small b&b. Positioning of the place was ideal as it was within easy reach of the restaurant next door and the town centre was only a stones throw away. The rooms are very luxurious and the staff in the pub downstairs made us very welcome.... More
