This placve has to be the worst hotel in the UK - Staff are freindly however they are just too young to run a hotel - it's more like a youth club, the rooms are dirty - we had no service in are room over the 2 days, the hole hotel is dirty - in the resteaurant left over food... more

when we arrivied at the hotel and went to our rooms we found that the rooms were not of a decent clean standard, the sink in the bathroom had a lot of black marks on it, which looked dirty. We booked this hotel as a stop over on route to Blackpool. We now wish we had carried on the motorway and stayed in a B&B. Our reservation was for a family room which had1 Double Bed and 1 Single for our daughter. The check in was lets say average. The young lady on reception just had no interest whatsoever... more

I was supposed to stay at this hotel for 7 nights checked out after first night..... The whole hotel is filthy! Bath had hairs and congealed shampoo in it...
