Just a cut above a flophouse: furniture, carpeting, linoleum all have seen their day (if they ever had one). Can feel the wires in the sagging bed. Moderatly clean (dust bunnies in corners). Breakfast OK. Landlady nice. Feels like staying in your poor grandma's house. more

The Coaching Inn was absolutly great. Nikki and her husband did everything they could to make our stay that much better. Not only that, but they were so easy to talk to and make friends with. I would advise anyone who goes to or through Wigan to book at least one night here. I loved it more
