Very good value for money, freindly owners Paul & Gail made us feel at home, clean tidy & a good beakfast, located in quite side road, all made for a relaxing break. Will go back later in the year for another break

My mum 2 children and toddler stayed here for 2 nights and couldn't have been made more comfortable if tried! An absolute delight and very friendly owners! Also was shocked with the amount of things available! It was almost like a home from home! Not to mention excellent value for money! Will be back! ! Xx

My stay at The Bronte Hotel, at the end of July, was less than wonderful. The first thing that happened when I let myself into my room, (the owner was absent visiting the cash and carry), was that the surround of the light switch fell off onto the floor; not a good start. The second thing was the realization that... More

In answer to this guest's review I would like to clarify a number of points. Our check in time is from 3pm, knowing that I had to visit the cash & carry I had made the key available in case the guest arrived early which he did. The room in question is not usually a guest letting room but is... More

The en suite is seriously small in Room 3, you have to back in to sit on the loo because turning is impossible and you have to leave the sliding door open to use the sink so no privacy. I'm not a small person but it was the same for my 10 year old son! This is a very cheap... More

We were sorry to hear that this guest was not happy with the en suite facility in one of our rooms. The room in question will be having the sink facility relocated at the end of the 2013 season. We do hope they will visit us again after this time. More

We booked the Bronte for the 1st time in august 2009 for our honeymoon. Paul & Gail where really nice and friendly and when they found out we was on our honeymoon they brought us a bottle of champagne. Told us best places to eat locally that was cheap enough and friendly. We went back again this yr to celebrate... More

We have been coming here twice a year for the last 4 years and are still enjoying the experience. Paul, Gail and family are always very welcoming. Paul always manages to sort out the necessary acommodation for all the family and nothing is too much trouble. The Bronte Hotel has a good range of breakfasts (even the poached eggs are good... More

Nice family room with doiuble bed and bunkbeds for our two children. The ownner was friendly and provided a good service. Breakfast was good - selection of cereals, fruit juice and a full cooked English breakfast with toast.. Location was very good - was just a ten minute walk to main attractions. Provided excellent value for money.

I have spent a week to 10 days at the Bronte Hotel each year since before Paul took over. I'm usually on my own or accasionally with an old friend. This time (September 2010) I was with my partner but my old friends stayed there at the same time. This year was a little more difficult as I now have... More

Have stayed at the Bronte so many times it's like going home. Clean, cozy rooms with comfy beds, ensuite facilities, tv and tea/coffee making. Run by Paul (Mystic Mog - you'll have to ask for yourself why he's called that!),and Gail. Both make you feel really welcome, giving the hotel a lovely friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Great full English breakfast... More
