Jill and Tony 'go that extra mile' to make the stay special. A warm friendly welcome, delicious food in very clean and pleasant surroundings. St Edmunds is in a great location, with public transport close at hand - excellent value for money. I hope to return for another super holiday.

Jill and Tony offer a warm welcome at St Edmunds. The rooms are pleasant with good facilities and breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. This guest house is ideally situated for town and the beach. Would not hesitate to stay here again

We have just had three nights here. Rooms clean beds enormous, shower good. Fantastic choice of breakfast. Jill and Tony are great hosts, they know the area very well and give good advice, they are very good hosts and are very chatty. Go here if you want attention hosts, relaxed atmosphere, and a good environment. Liz and Matthew.

Comfortable well-equipped accommodation, ideally placed. Great breakfasts with plenty of choice. Friendly and knowledgeable hosts. What more could you ask for in a holiday...except perhaps to stay a bit longer.......
