What a gorgeous hotel. Friendly staff and a great view from the breakfast room, although there was no air conditioning and it could get very warm. Great decor and lots of antiques, and plenty of parking.

Great hotel with great food and host's who were very accommodating, ample parking and a plentiful bar. My partner is disabled and the hosts were very helpful, the one suite shower was excellent the doors were large enough for a average size wheelchair. The decor was very unique you could even by some of the antiques that were on display

we enjoyed our stay at the summerhill in may. our room was spotless, was slightly dissapointed with the single room, the wall paper was badly marked and very draughty from the wndow. the breakfast was excellent. would benefit from draught beer and not cans and bottles, thats the only let down it as.

Rooms are clean and tidy and well presented. The host was superb and nothing too much trouble. Breakfasts were a delight with poached eggs done to perfection every time. Would return without question.
