We; my wife and I , adult son, granny and dog, stayed at the Rowborough for five nights and were very pleased. Our first stay there and I am sure we will return. Initially we were a little suprised that payment was demanded on arrival and even the drinks for our evening meal had to be paid for there and then. Not had that before at other hotels but I am sure there is a good reason. Due to meeting relatives on the IOW we only had one evening meal and it was excellent, sorry we did not have time for more evening meals there. Breakfast was superb and there was plenty of everything- freshly cooked. More tea, toast etc readily supplied. Room was comfortable and exceptionally clean and generous supplies of milk, tea and coffee. Small TV/DVD was a little high up for comfort but as we only really watched the news, no problem.
