Stayed at the 3 star luccombe hall hotel on a group 2 night B&B deal. Enjoyed our stay staff welcoming and pleasant. On both mornings we had full English which was good. Negative was that you could not sit at any table for breakfast. This we discovered when we sat in the conservatory only to told our table was inside... More

Myself and a friend had promised ourselves a mini hotel break a long time ago and this hotel was definitely worth the wait! Upon arrival, the friendly receptionist made us feel very at home, taking time to show us all the facilities. Our room was quiet, clean, comfortable and tidy, with the luxury of a spa bath. We made use... More

Used groupon deal together with a friend to stay at this hotel and must say really enjoyed our stay. Very attentive staff, clean room and good facilities. Used pool, hot tub and sauna and enjoyed every minute. Very nice evening meal, little less impressed by the breakfast but certainly palatable. Parking available so could walk into the old town. Would... More

We chose this hotel and travelled from Southampton at a special inclusive price on offer from Travel Zoo so we could visit an elderley relative on the island. The weather was appalling when we arrived but the hotel was a lovely surprise. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room had a part view of the sea, was furnished... More

I took my 9 year old daughter to the Isle of Wight for a special one-to- one weekend treat away from the rest of the family. We really wanted to be near the sea and have a pool. Luccombe Hall came up with a good deal. We had a Superior twin room - it had breath-taking views - definitely worth... More

We stayed Saturday to Monday. Friendly, helpful staff. Loved the swimming pool and hot tub. Rooms clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool table and table tennis plus all the games available for the kids in the games room. Beautiful breakfast views over the sea and adventurous but well kept garden. Trampoline gets 5 stars from the kids!

Just had a three day break and as we were treating sister & hubby wanted somewhere really nice. On arrival staff were extremely friendly and helpful, had a drink in sunroom and wow what a view. Were very disappointed with rooms so negotiated an upgrade to rooms with sea views. Rooms although they were a bit lacking in style were... More

We booked this hotel using a Groupon voucher and stayed in a sea view room which was lovely. The staff were all friendly and the breakfast was nice too. We didnt bother with the pool so cant comment on that and the outdoor pool isn't in use till May. The room and bathroom was clean along with the rest of... More

Sea view room, but very tired decor, poor layout, no frills and had an odd smell. Food was very poor, plain and cold. Didn't fancy trying the pool. Did not look inviting. Staff were friendly but hotel fell way below all expectations particularly considering the prices charged.
