This establishment has convinced me to sign up for tripadvisor. We had a lovely stay, the hosts were fantastic and we enjoyed it immensely. Very clean, stunning rooms and a great breakfast. Try it, you will not be dissapointed.

Excellent Stay enjoyed the company of the owners whom are brilliant hosts,the location is perfect and the rooms are just to die for,bit of a shame being halfway down a hill but at least we could roll ourselves home again LOL

A truly wonderful bed and breakfast in a even better location. How this is not the number 1 bed and breakfast in ventnor is quite incredible . Would highly recommend this delightful accommodation to anybody . A real gem.

We have enjoyed a few nights staying at St Augustine Villa. We had the tower bedroom ( superior double) with has views on 3 aspects and we can hear the waves as we lye in bed. Very comfortable, well presented room and bathroom. Greeted by the friendly owners, feel comfortable coming and going at all times, good parking and facilities.... More

Room 3 at St Augustine Villa is a lovely room which has views to the south (directly facing the sea) and also a west facing window. Lovely hosts, who also arranged our ferries Breakfast was great. Will certainly return, many thanks Bob and Esme
