Beautiful cottages run by a lovely couple who went above and beyond to accommodate. I couldn't fault anything, also I am a full time wheelchair user and it was perfect for me, very spacious and easy to maneuver, good quality bathroom aids were provided to make life easier. Would highly recommend.

Had the pleasure of staying at Kionslieu Farm in the Redwheel Cottage, couldn’t fault the stay. Bedroom was huge, bathroom was lovely and shower had great pressure, all you needed for kitchen facilities was there, came in to a lovely spread of fresh bagels, manx cheese and butter was a lovely touch! Didn’t have the chance to use the hot tub in the secret garden but will 100% use it at the next stay! Had a lovely walk around the accommodation and made the stay even better meeting the owners 2 dogs who were extremely friendly and love attention! Took a walk to see the goats and there is also rabbits near the stables! Fantastic place for family stays with plenty to do or just a nice relaxing couples stay away! Fiona and Tony are phenomenal hosts and nothing was too much trouble, such a lovely homely stay with beautiful countryside views. Can’t wait to go back!…

We had an perfect stay with you-thank you for that! Very friendly hosts, lovely landscaped farm with animals to watch and also a playground for the little ones. The accomodation was clean, great beds and you really didn't miss anything. We would recommend it to anyone-were there for the TT and it's also great to get to the track quickly!

We loved Peacock's Rest. Our third Isle of Man holiday. Our first stay at Kionslieu Farm Cottages. It definitely won't be the last. We stayed in Peacock's Rest. A lovely cottage for a couple. A very peaceful location. Very well eqipped. Plenty of room. Everything you need for a home from home stay. The property is very clean and well maintained. Beautiful large bedroom with very comfortable bed. Tony and Fiona are lovely people. Very helpful. There was a loaf of bread, butter, cheese, eggs and milk, as well as tea and coffee waiting when we arrived, which is really appreciated. You can get by until you get chance to get provisions. A great base to tour around the island. Douglas and peel within a 15 minute drive. We would highly recommend a stay here. We will be booking again for next year. Dave and Gail…

This was our fourth visit to Turkeytree Cottage. The accommodation is great, the location even better and Fiona and Tony are wonderful hosts. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is strong. The kitchen is well equipped if you wish to cook at home. We usually do a couple of meals during our stays. The dinning table seats six adults with ease making a group meal very enjoyable. Equally, each cottage has a nice outside sitting area which is great for those warm evenings. We don't travel with little ones anymore but there is a good play area and some litttle animals to entertain your little ones. Fiona and Tony are always available should you need advice or directions to somewhere on the Island. Plenty of parking for motorbikes or cars. We are already booked in for next year, what else needs to be said! I have been inside a couple of the other cottages and can tell you that they just vary in number of people they can hold. All top notch!…

These cottages are outstanding. They are in a beautiful location with just about anywhere on the Isle of Man. We stayed in the two berth Peacocks rest, a beautiful, clean, homely cottage done to a high standard. The hosts Fiona and Tony are friendly and helpful and really made our stay fabulous. There is a hot tub set in a lovely secret garden close to the cottages and you get a private session in there everyday. Highly recommend visiting the Isle of Man, there is so much to do, and I highly recommend Kionslieu Farm cottages as a place to stay. We had 10 amazing days there and will go again. This was our first family holiday and it was lovely. The cottage we stayed in was great, big king size bed, lovely relaxing living area and a kitchen with everything you need. Our toddler loved the outdoor play area and meeting all the animals. The cottage is in a great location for seeing the island or if you fancy a lazy day there's lots of spots to relax and read. Fiona and Tony are really welcoming and helpful and gave us lots of suggestions of where we could visit. They also have a good supply of toys, board games and beach things available to use. Thank you Fiona and Tony for making our first family holiday so enjoyable and memorable.

We loved our 1st summer stay at Kionslieu Farm so much that we returned for a 2nd summer break and a 3rd. We have just returned from our 4th summer break and will hopefully return next year for our 5th summer at the farm! That should the evidence enough that you can book a stay at Kionslieu with complete confidence that it will be everything you would hope a cottage stay on the island would be. If there were a 10 star rating, I’d gladly give it for ease of booking, warmth of welcome, cleanliness and ‘home from home’ feel of the cottages, access to amenities and overall value for money. The cottages and their farm setting are just beautiful, inside and out! Our hosts, Fiona & Tony are just lovely! Genuine in their welcome and readily available to ensure you have everything you need during your stay. Holidaying with a young family (8yrs & 10yrs) can sometimes be tricky to keep them entertained.. but there is always something for them to do/play with or some animal the to be fed! The cottages are very safe, private and in a quiet, peaceful setting with the main towns and beaches just a short 5-10min drive away. Book with confidence.. truly.…

Recently returned from our stay at Haybarn Cottage as a family of six. What a wonderful time we had. Fiona and Tony could not have been more welcoming! The cottage was spacious, comfortable and well equipped, and set in a lovely location. We certainly hope to return again and plan to stay for longer!!!
