The lift is one of our great assets! Surprisingly many hotels and B&Bs on the island do not have a lift. Absolutely Brilliant Hotel and holiday. Diana and Stuart are the most perfect hosts we have ever met! Went out of their way for everyone! This lovely family had to make last minute changes to their travel plans. Despite being almost fully booked, we were able to re-allocate some bookings to meet their requirements. The hotel business often involves long hours of hard work, 7 days per week, but the fact that 99.9% of our guests are absolutely lovely people makes it all worth while!
