Centrally located in Whitley Bay's main entertainment area, this Hotel is very relaxed compared to the mayhem outside in other establishments late at night. We stayed here last summer with our children and had a wonderful time, the rooms were extemley clean and comfortable with an en-suite bathroom. The food was excellent and the staff couldnt have been friendlier. Stayed there for the Great North Run weekend. Three nights. Rooms very dated. Never changed the towels. So had wet towels every day. Never made the beds or cleaned the rooms. Never replenished the tea and coffee. Would not recommend it. more
