I and my partner as well as some friends booked a coach holiday to stay for 4 days and 3 nights. I don't understand the negative reviews this hotel received. We were greeted by the Manager and, while we collected our room keys, our luggage was taken to the relevant rooms. The atmosphere was absolutely excellent and the service without... more

Spent 14 days at the Royal Pier and do not regret one second of it. Great view, staff, food and entertainment. Met alot of great people from different bus tours. Jumped on local buses and toured the Island. I am planning to go back for another couple weeks late 2009 or 2010. more

Breakfast was dire, pool was dirty and smelly, shower was hopeless but the staff tried their best. The whole town is very run down and all the hotels are in desperate need of investment. On the plus... more

Well, I don't even know were to begin from... oh dear...when we first saw hotel from outside it looked quite old. Actually all hotels... more

We travelled with Travelstyle. The first time we had done a coach tour holiday and were a bit dubious considering the price we paid. However, the hotel was clean and comfortable, the food good witha reasonable choice, and the staff very friendly. The hotel is in an excellent position and if you were lucky enough to get a sea view... more
