The wife and I travelled with a group of 47 people of varying age groups (I am 50) we had heard good and bad reviews about this hotel but chose to ignore them all and reserve judgement for ourselves, as it turned out we made theright choice. Firstly we travelled with NIC travel and apart from not having a toilet... more

I echo the observations of Katie-Lin, made on 22nd August 2009, concerning this hotel. I found the managemenrt and staff to be very helpful and friendly. Although the hotel is in need of refurbishment of its decor, the short break of five days was well worth the money and if I see it advertised again I would return as there... more

It is a job to know where to start with the faults in this hotel, fire alarm wires hanging out of wall above door. Fire doors propped open apart from the last day, no hot water in sink in any room, taps permantely dripping. Half of the showers did not work in rooms and elderly given a room with bath... more

I have been going to the hotel for years now and enjoyed it most times. Most of the guests at the hotel are normally elderly and I am quite young so maybe it is just me because none of them seemed to have a problem. This time I went was quite different, the hotel was in such a bad, dirty... more
