Couldn't agree more with the last review. We too have been here before under the previous owners and could find no fault..just praise. However,standards are now slipping away under the new owners who don't seem to really care about maintaining high standards...or indeed about their customers.Its the 'little' things that add up to a problem...Toilet cistern handle obviously broken, lock to patio door broken,cupboard door fell off,lots of inventory missing,phone in lobby disconnected, recliner on patio in dangerous state of collapse, all plants dead in pots on patio.., tea bags and coffee out of date by six months.tryinhg to give key back at end of holiday impossible..owners just not around...told eventually to trudge down high street to restaurant...why should we as customers have to hunt the absent owners down? more
