Excellent breakfast-good quality ingredients, well cooked, politely and professionally served. 10 minutes walk to seafront & high street.
Overall a top quality guest house. Friendly without being "in your face"

Stayed for two nights in July. Had a big room with a big bathroom with a roll top bath. Couldn't fault anything. Very quiet at night. Breakfast was good and it's a five to ten minute walk to town.

During our two brief stays we found the accommodation clean and comfortable with adequate facilities and a very friendly service. Should we again visit the Island, we would have no hesitation in booking our stay at The Lawns Hotel. Neither would we have any hesitation in recommending to others.
