My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights recently and it fine, the staff were friendly, the place was spotless and the food was great. If you want the ritz you won't get it for £20 per night through amazon deals or the like. We will be going back for another quiet "no kids" break.

First of all we arrived there and the beds were ok. There was 3 and they were comfy. The room was clean. It's near the Isle of Wight shops. The food was amazing and they always gave us nice food. The people are nice. The outside is good. It's not noisy. When we went there they didn't have digital tv.... More

A cornucopia of artex, anaglypta, draylon, ruched curtains and floral carpets, with a clientele of similar vintage. That said, the rooms are reasonable and the breakfasts are fine. Reception closes at 6 and does not reopen until 9am. Wi - fi doesn't work. On a cheap deal it's fine, but not a holiday destination unless you are the "right" age... More

I could not fault the hotel or staff on any aspect of my stay. The hotel was kept clean, the food was excellent and the service second to none The staff were very friendly and could not have been more helpful

Excellent value for money accommodation. Hotel had recently been refurbished - immaculate and tastefully decorated. My room was very comfortable and cleaned every day. My only minor complaint would be that bath towels were rather small and thin. Staff were very pleasant and helpful during our stay. Just had a weekend break here with travelstyle. The hotel was fabulous, very clean and the staff were wonderful. the breakfast and evening meals were really good and plentiful, presentation of food was extremely good and served piping hot and very fast service I would definetly return to this hotel again 10 out of ten for the weekend break goes... great hotel, fab food, had a lovely single sea view room on second floor, very clean, nothing too much trouble, lovely lounge and little dance floor, entertainment was ok in evening singer most night and game of bingo,lovely holiday.

Just had a mon-fri stay at the riviera with brent thomas. What a fantastic hotel very clean, fab food with plenty of choice on the menu for both breakfast and dinner and the staff are excellent. Will hopefully return again soon. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
