Lovely b n b - above average comfort - fixtures and fittings pristinely clean. Clever rubber bottom sheet to protect mattress - clearly experienced hosts. Powerful piping hot showers. Lovely teapot and tea tray. Delicious cooked breakfast with lashings of tea. Nice free atmosphere we were made to feel so welcome.
