We stayed for 3 nights in a family room with our boys aged 11 & 12. The room was very spacious, comfortable, clean and was tidied daily. Jason could not have been more welcoming and helpful telling us about the local area and offering good advice about the places that we wanted to visit. Breakfast was delicious and this guest house has a 5 star food hygiene rating from Scores on the Doors. The location is good - not too far from the town centre and very close to a pleasant cafe which has a variety of activites available such as pitch & putt, bowls, tennis ,table tennis... I would totally recommend staying here but just one point - do not eat at the Dolphin Restaurant by Ilfracombe harbour - we had a meal there which was dreadful!! more
