we stayed in the coachmans cottage for one week from 22 aug the cottage its self was clean with plenty of crockery but the indoor pool was very disapointing missing tiles and a large hole in the bottom and quite dirty .also we saw no one in attenance for the whole 7 days of our stay if left alone after dark the owners dog would run around and bark one nigth from 10.30 pm to 12.30am more

The accomodation was damp and smelt badly. There were various items of electrical equipment that did not work and no one dealt with our complaints. The indoor pool was very small and shared with a touring caravan site. Overall it is very dated and below par. Stay anywhere but here if you want to stay in or around St Florence. more
