Fabulous de-luxe room recently refurbished and with wonderful views---but could not understand why there was no phone provided or any information there at all on the hotel and the area. Rest of the hotel very disappointing--staff surly,breakfast swimming in grease,large mirror in lift broken and a potential danger.
