We took the four grandchildren in two large family rooms one with sea view. Had read previous bad review clearly this was a one off/blip. Firstly, I must say the owner was very helpful and a lovely lady but the hotel itself needs updating. Very tired and as with other reviews, does have a smell. More musty than anything. Went to Castle View just for the night. Found the hotel very good on 'every front'. Staff very friendly and approachable. Room was very clean and comfortable and the food good. The room rate was very reasonable. Good value at its best. Hard to beat! more
