I arrived at the Seaview and was greeted with a smile and an offer of tea and cake, how could I refuse! It was a pleasure to stay at this Bnb the food was great and the room was comfy and spotless, keep up the good work.

I was very sorry that we could not spend longer, but were only there for one night. Seven of us arrived at lunch time and were made very welcome with a cup of tea and able to leave our baggage in our rooms. Truely a home away from home. Wonderfully good humoured hosts with just the right amount of friendly. Michael and Alex made our two week visit very comfortable. We booked the Seaview for a weekend Rotary conference. We were warmly greeted by Mike and Alex with a cup of tea and biscuits in the lounge. The room was clean and comfortable, if rather small. We were looking for a quiet friendly place to stay in Southport. Mike and Alex run a very friendly guest house and are just great people. We really enjoyed our stay with them. They are both great with kids, Mike cooks a superb breakfast and the house is nicely furnished.
