Our room was spacious, clean and well-equipped, check-in took about 2 minutes, and the staff were all friendly and efficient. Not just a speck either, a full blown covering of dust. Paid extra for a room upgrade,waste of money. Tiny bed, noisy-windows don't shut properly. The hotel is very dated and in need of a serious makeover. The staff were however very nice. more
