Great place to stop on the C2C for a bit of luxury at an acceptable price. Our bikes were stored securely and the welcome was great. Stopped here on the C2C and it's pretty special. Looks amazing in fantastic settings. It's a little pricey for what you get with regards to the rooms but fantastic shower after hours on a saddle freezing cold. Although this was slightly off route and a bit more expensive than your standard B&B it was well worth it. Very welcoming and a fabulous evening meal and breakfast to start us on our last day's cycle to Tynemouth. The Hall has been caefully renovated and is full of character and well worth a visit.
