Clean, pleasant hotel. Room was really quiet--no trouble catching up on rest after long flight. Business Center was small but adequate. Restaurants not bad. Decent enough choices and service okay. Easy to get to tube and transportation to/from Heathrow terminals. Stayed 2 nights on business--did the trick. Comfy bed. Big charge for use of internet though-that was annoying. more
