No criticisms, and easy to get to by the Hotel Hoppa buses which run from LHR. Clean, safe, comfortable night, easy check in... Modern, clean and ideally located for most theme parks (legoland, Thorpe park, Chessington). The staff are wonderful, and the hotel amenities are excelllent.
