Stayed here Nov 4th 2009 when meeting colleagues for business. Its a huge property but they still manage somehow to keep it personal, nicely located for Heathrow if you have an early flight, got given a family room and appreciated the extra space. Following cancellation of Malaysian Airlines flight we were unfortunate to be put up overnight at this hotel. Rooms were dirty, staff unpleasant to the point of absolute rudeness. Hotel is very close to Terminals which can be reached by the Hoppa bus or cheaper option is local buses !
