What a wonderful place to stay. Allan and Janie, the owners, are truly delightful and made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious and had a lovely en suite shower with a view to the Wallace monument. The bed was very comfortable, biscuits with tea and coffee making facilities were provided as well as the thoughtful addition of 2... More

This bed and breakfast is 5 minutes by bus for city centre. Buses 60,62 and UL take you outside the door. Allan and Janie Neill offer you a lovely stay with great food with a good selection. Accommodation is of a very high standard as their 4 star award shows. Parking is outside front of house off main road. Can... More

We stayed here because our first choice where we had stayed previously was full. Attractive room, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Easy parking off road. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with suggestions of where to eat and what to see. Good faclities. I think there is a number of good B and Bs in this area, which... More

Stayed for one night to visit the university. Lovely, comfortable rooms. Great shower room - loads of space, powerful shower and nice toiletries. A very warm welcome. We ate at the Italian cafe - very good value and authentic food with a fun, buzzy atmosphere.Good location with some pretty walks nearby.

The hosts, Allan and Janie were warmly welcoming with a wealth of information about the area. Within walking distance of many historical sights and shops. The breakfasts were fabulous with outstanding traditional Scottish fare or for the health conscious great... More

Many thanks for a great visit to Stirling. We had a very comfortable stay in Stirling with wonderful hospitality. The rooms were great and the coal fire in the lounge a real bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Stirling and staying at the Cressington was a very important part of that visit. Our hosts provided a wealth of local... More

We had three nights in September 2012. We are particular about clealiness, the room was well up to standard in this respect, fresh linen everyday and full cleaning service daily. Comfortable bed, the decor, fixtures and fittings are well coordinated and tastefully done. Lovely lounge, marvellous freshly cooked breakfast, but above all the warmth and friendliness of our hosts.

We had a 2 night stay in September 2012. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good too. The hosts made us feel welcome and were very helpful with advice on what to do around Stirling and Scotland generally. The lounge area was a relaxing room to sit back and read or watch Sky Sports.
