Comfortable and clean traditional guest house. Our room was a bit small, but there was a great view of the Wallace Monument. Owner friendly and helpful. Location is great. Would reccomed the Junk Rooms for evening meal and the Settle Inn for a drink.

We liked this BB a lot! Just in the town center, a little bit too small but very cozy house. The rooms were decorated with the attention to the details. The rooms are small, yes, but comfortable enough and clean. Bathroom was perfect. Host is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast room and breakfast itself are very good, the scrambled eggs... More

This was our first stop after Edinburgh and we enjoyed staying close to the city centre. We had a very friendly host and ejoyed the breakfast. Street parking was available just in front of the house. Watch out for the parking hours though. All in all a very pleasant experience!

Great place to stay. My wife and I stayed on the top floor in the two twin bed room. Lovely room. Top floor means two floors above the ground floor. Ena is very accommodating and will let you leave your bags at her house prior to arrival time on the same day and also let me leave my bags after... More

This was my first ever visit to a B&B and I was very pleased that it turned out to be such a lovely stay with so lovely people! My room wasn't ensuite, but the bathroom was just a few steps from my room and shared it with one other room. However, I never had to wait for my turn so... More

Our hostess was such a wonderful lady. Even though our rooms were 3 flights up at the top of the house, we were not burdened with our luggage. Ina, our hostess, kept our luggage on the ground floor for us! The breakfasts were top notch and the place super clean. Our friends were across the hall and had a beautiful... More

We very much enjoyed our stay here, and found it to be excellent value for money. We stayed in one of the attic rooms. We found the room and house in general to be very clean, well-equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent: bright and immaculate. The view was lovely over Stirling rooftops, and our host... More

We stayed here for two nights in October 2011. Having read some of the comments on Trip Advisor thought I would try to balance some of the comments. The rooms are on the small side so if you have a lot of luggage then this is not the place for you. However the rooms are well equiped, clean, comfortable and... More

This was a quick overnight stop for us and was adequate for our needs. The room was a little small and the place felt overcrowded at breakfast. The location was very good to be able to walk around the place.

I was a little worried about booking a room for less than 60 pds. Pleasently surprised. Location is just off the station and a short walk to the castle. The town is lovely. Rms are clean and big enough. House was built in 1880's, and is in great shape. Owners are charming and besides cooking a breakfast you would pay... More
