This Guest House is advertised as 4 star. I would rate it as a substandard grubby 2 star. The room we were shown to was at the back of the building on the top floor. I chose an AA 4* sure that it would be good or better - unfortunately it was only 'average'. The bathroom and room carpets were not well cleaned and there were a number of hairs in the shower tray! there were no 'smellies' available, although we did find a used bar of soap left by a previous guest.
