The hotel has had it's glory days and so has Morecambe. The hotel is very worn. The bathtop in our room had a big hole on the side! The view from the room was fantastic and so was the cooked breakfast. If you want to stay in that area - stay in Lancaster instead, more

We stayed here for a night during the bank holiday weekend. Initial impressions: looked like a period place, dated decor, inadequately staffed with one person multitasking as a manager/waiter/room service. The room: Small, stuffy, TV had inadequate reception, shower working in fits and starts. Positives: Very cordial manager, Easy to find, good off street parking, wonderful views of the bay... more

Helped us with our GPS, got me some ice for my ankle & had a delicious breakfast. Was the best porriage I have ever... more

We were on the top floor... more

Used booking.com to book 2 twin rooms. On arrival the manager had my details and allocated us our rooms. Decor was old and tatty in places. Nothing seemed to match. Decent sized rooms, old fashioned furniture. The service was excellent and the staff we're very friendly. Location wise it was on the end of the promenade and about a 10/20... more

Visited here with a coach trip, stayed for one night. I didn't have anything to complain about: our room was clean, warm and bright, and the food was good, though it was a set meal with two choices - take it or leave it! The furniture is old, the rooms old-fashioned, and they don't have many staff. The are licenced... more

We stayed at st winifreds for one night, which was one too much. we had a booked room as did the other 50 people on the coach trip, when we arrived you had to grab a key as fast as you could as there was no room allocation. our double room was filthy, stained carpets, dirty smelling bathroom with horriable... more
