No complaints at all. Decent room, plenty of space, bathroom perhaps a bit tired, though. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent whatever you chose. A recent refurb means the place looks smart from the moment you arrive. Just tucked off the M25 but felt like a genuine rural retreat. more

Possibly the worst hotel I have ever been to. First of all the staff was rude and slow. The room was nothing special, TV only had 4 channels working properly. The rooms are poorly lit and look very 70's ish, the function rooms are very close to the bedrooms and they seem to get a lot of wedding receptions.
