Good, very friendly lovely staff. Well worth staying location is great breakfast was deliciious room were very clean and bed was very comfortably I will stay here again and wood recommend to any one. very reasonable price

I'm stopping here whilst working in the area. Very friendly hosts. Room is very clean but basic. The location is great. It is a great B and B. I have never received breakfast due to working nights, so I could not comment. The bed is very comfy and sheets are very clean.

Was staying in the B+B for 3 Days. It was really welcoming. What i really liked was that the beach is just a step away. Breakfast was brilliant. Rooms are clean and comftable. Will stay here again when i am back in Hartlepool.

I stopped here for a week whilst working in the area. Charming hosts who upgraded my room on arrival. Excellent location stones throw from beach and eating establishments, good breakfast. Highly recommended would deffinitely stop here again if in the area

Located very close for work, less than a mile away which was great. Rooms were really clean and comfortable, flat screen tv was a suprise, continental breakfast had good variety would definitely stay again if needed. Just over the road from Seaton sea front so a nice walk on the beach after work was good.

Great Friendly atmosphere, less than a minute away from seaton beach. Plenty of places to eat very close to the b&b. Not too far from Hartlepool town.
