Went here for a meal while visiting my dad with my son. I had the lamb and it just melted in the mouth. The service was well good and the atmosphere was lovely sat in front of a lovely coal/log fire. I highly recommend eating here.

Not a pleasant stay. The double room felt like a dirty bedsit, with impractical furniture, a pointless TV, and a bathroom with walls so thin you can hear the neighbours brushing their teeth, amongst other things. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. The only saving grace was the breakfast, which was good.
