Stopped here for lunch on the way north from Yorkshire. Didn't rate the food at all. Nice homemade soup but then things went downhill. Sandwiches were dry and fish and chips was all batter and not much fish, pretty soggy too and not the usual standard we should expect from this neck of the woods.

Stayed here last weekend for a Music Festival in the town. Settled into the rather small second floor room and then went down to the bar for food.
