We stayed at the Arosfa this weekend as part of a family group celebrating a 30th Birthday. We felt it was very good value for money. Our room was clean and large, fine for 2 adults and 2 kids. Yes, its tired and could do with some paint and a spruce up, but the hotel was in a great postion,... More

Stayed at this hotel in November. The staff were friendly and food good. The management in my opinion need to go on a customer service course as I think you can telI by the reviews and responses to reviews on this site. Main areas ok but dated and tired looking but is a two star hotel. The room I had... More

We were made so welcome during our stay at the Arosfa, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was delicious, home cooked, piping hot, and the proprietors and staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble, you only had to ask for something and they went out of their way to make sure you got it. The building is old,... More

Me and my wife are 26 and stayed at this hotel august 2011. We arrived at around 3pm on a saturday and we struggled to park any where near the hotel as the hotel its self has no parking and the road its on was packed with cars, we ended up parking about 1/2 a mile away. The room we... More

Weston-super-ripoff! We spent a fortune, whilst in Weston for two days. We decided to try a weekend at a traditional seaside destination. It lived upto expectations, unfortunately. The new pier is a feat of modern engineering, the inside is everything you traditionally expect from a British over commercialised seaside destination. We did most things; donkey rides, Weston eye, everything at... More

My best friend and I booked to in the Arosfa Hotel for one night. On arrival our room was not ready we was given a single room to leave our things. There wasn't even hot water in the room which would have been more of a problem if we was allowed to have a shower in the single room. The... More

We stayed here and enjoyed our stay. You have to be down for breakfast before 9.15. Waiting staff pulled their faces when we arrived at 0910 hrs. Lift a little on the small side. Problem with parking in Weston, yellow lines everywhere More

Overall the hotel wasn't bad but overall clenliness was lacking slightly. The food was very good with every meal arriving very hot. The service for the food was not very good though, as it was clear the waitresses had been given no training and sometimes they did not know which table to go to next. Simple things like apple sauce... More

I was dreading staying here after our original holiday was cancelled and this was our alternative simply because i read the reviews on here, big mistake, we had a lovely 5 day break, staff where friendly, obliging and hospitable. The rooms are basic but clean, the food was fantastic value for money and entertainment each evening was very enjoyable. No... More

Once again we had a great time! Stayed here last year and everyone enjoyed it. This year there were even more of us! Cant thank Mike and his wife enough for their hospitality (even though he's a Cardiff fan!). Got to make special mention of the waiting staff at breakfast who were wonderfully cheerful even though rushed off their collective... More
