As other readers of the reviews on this hotel My husband and I were pleasantly suprised to find that none of the bad reviews were that accurate. On arriving we did think that we were in for problems at reception but unfortunately for us we had arrived the same fime as a coach full of people. The hotel was full... more

Many of the previous complaints about this hotel are very accurate. We suffered more so because we had all the bad things in one single night and that one night was enough. The noise from both inside the hotel and outside carried on until 05:30 and this involved screaming, fighting and severe verbal abuse of anyone that went to complain... more

If you want luxury do not book this hotel. I paid £40 for one night bed&breakfast but in my opinion this was a fair price for what I got. Reading some of the reveiws I must agree with most of what was said. My room was clean had tea/coffee making facilities and T.V. The communal areas need some updating and... more

Weston-Super-Mare is stuck in a time-warp - it clearly hasn't changed in over 50 years. The hotel is the same - and could seriously do with a re-decoration. The only thing that had changed is the price - we paid £70 for a Saturday night stay, which is a rip-off. That said, we had a good nights sleep, and the... more

My parents and my young family stayed for one night in the Arosfa Hotel Western Super Mare. Hotel old and bedrooms a real eye opener, I couldn't believe the dirt and the carpet it was terrible. Hotel staff very friendly but this does not make up for the fact that the hotel needs a lot of money spending on the... more
