I made a very late booking for 3 nights with grandchildren. Have to say really pleasantly surprised by the accommodation, loo was a bit small but adequate. Spotlessly clean and really comfortable for the amount paid, wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Glad I didn't read the previous reviews which seem unnecessarily harsh

Great location for the beach and town centre, some excellent local restaurants and bars. The rooms are really very good and are clean and decorated to a high standard. The owners are very welcoming and have good knowledge of the town. There is also a 10% discount key ring for guests some of the local restaurants…nice..!

Went for the night and booked this guest house, the room was very clean, we had an ensuite. The hosts were very friendly. Had an enjoyable breakfast next morning, Will stay again. Not to far from the beach.
