I would agree that the reception staff are generally surly - there were not many smiles. Our room was very small - make sure you ask for a non-carpark facing room when you check in. The free car park outside the hotel is welcomed and overall although a quick stay, was pleasant if not enjoyable. I visited this hotel on a 2 day conference, the staff were very pleasent and professional, the meeting room was very comfortable, both flavour and presentation of food was excellent, my bedroom was clean and comfortable and free wi if at great speed was a real bonus. more
