Stayed here last week and it was fine. The rooms are very small but adequate. There were however, moths flying around my room which was a bit unpleasant. As others have said, the lift is tiny, but in general it was a nice hotel. Parking was not an issues as has been mentioned in other reviews.

This is a wonderful hotel. Was there on business the second week of April. Staff absolutely top notch. Breakfast is outstanding and the location on the hill is just the best. Walks along the river or Richmond Park are super. I vary the airport run from taking the bus to taxi (30 pounds). 15 minutes from Richmond tube station.
