“Fawlty Towers in Richmond!”

The Bingham promised so much but delivered little. Staff were helpful but seemed confused and reminded us a few times of Fawlty Towers! “First night out after having a baby”

Fantastic dinner, great service . Absolutely delicious and well presented food . Lovely for a special occasion . Would definitely go back . Expensive but the thought time and effort going in to making the food shows

Food is stunning - the crab risotto is to die for. Riverside rooms are beautiful. Service is subtle & on the whole very good. Expensive but worth it for a treat or in our case a family wedding. Highly recommended.

The location is perfect and the setting on the balcony over the river was great for pre-dinner drinks. However it took 10 minutes to get a menu, another 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive and then another 10 minutes for the bill by which time we had to rush and leave for our dinner reservation. “50th birthday celebration”

Lovely food, lovely location, very nice room. shame the weather was foul. mostly a fantastic stay just a couple of housekeeping issues which were remedied and more staff were needed at breakfast as everyone was meeting at the same time. It took a long time to all get served. other than that brilliant.

“My worst hotel experience ever...”

380 sterling pounds were stollen from the safe deposit box of my room at the Bingham...most of the staff speak poor English ...they don't have a clue about theatre locations...pillows are beaten from extended use...no house keeping staff in the evening The worst hotel stay in 30 years

“Real Luxury”

What a beautiful place, we just loved it. Our room was so nice and cosy with a huge bathroom. Staff is excellent....perfect service in the restaurant....We were wondering how they made such good food. We highly recommend. Thank you all for your kindness. We will be back!

Beautiful boutique hotel, good location and service. We stayed as part of the Sunday package. It was expensive, but a nice treat.
