Hotel is very well located in the heart of Richmond. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Staff was attentive and helpful. We stayed in a big room street side for 1 night. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Bathroom could have done with some paint but was otherwise clean.

I needed a hotel close to central Richmond. This is about 5 minutes' walk from the station. I had a single room in the basement. It was clean, quiet and spacious. It had everything I needed. As other reviewers have said, the breakfast is not up to much but it's adequate. I would stay at this hotel again.
